I’m Vugar Usi Zade. I am stepping into the CEO role at MEXC. Here’s why:
I’ve spent six years in this industry and observed two structural challenges.
First, as markets mature, exchanges increasingly optimize for institutions, often leaving everyday users with less access, less clarity, and a weaker overall experience.
Second, users are still forced to move across multiple platforms to access different assets and opportunities, creating a fragmented and inefficient journey.
My perspective on MEXC began as an industry peer at another top 5 exchange. What stood out was its obsessive focus on users, something that aligned with my own principles and led me to join as COO last year.
The world is changing, and so are markets. The walls between asset classes are coming down. Crypto, prediction markets, equities, and commodities are converging into one continuous, global trading system. Opportunity is expanding faster than ever. But access hasn’t kept up.
So over the past year, we tested two strategies: a 0-fee model and multi-asset trading. Adoption was swift, reinforcing our long-held belief: put users first, and the rest will follow.
The result is that MEXC is now your 0-fee gateway to infinite opportunities. 0 fees is a bold model aimed at removing one of the biggest barriers in trading. Infinite opportunities means access is no longer constrained — not by geography, not by capital, and not by platform fragmentation. One account. One gateway.
Global regulation is entering a decisive phase, and we intend to meet it with clarity and precision, as a continuation of our commitment to protect users above all else. My background in public policy gives us a strategic advantage as we execute this vision.
I’ve long seen MEXC as the dark horse. Underestimated. Quietly outperforming. Built by a global team of more than 2,000 people who believe this industry should serve users, not extract from them. Now we accelerate. Our industry is entering a new phase, one where markets converge, and access becomes the defining advantage. For too long, users came second.
Today, we change that. I am now stepping into the CEO role with a clear mandate: widen the gateway.
